CBDaves Infused Coconut Oil can be used topically or internally.  Take it straight or add it to your own recipes. This product is active as is, and requires no further processing to create effective edibles. A 2-ounce jar contains 30 servings (at 20mg CBD per serving). Use slightly less than one-half teaspoon for a standard 20 mg dosage.
